Work orders are exportable sheets and summaries of the tasks that will be carried out on a plot. They are the main means of communication between the producer, agronomist, and workers/contractors, in which the instructions for performing a task are given; in this case, we refer to a harvesting task.

These orders can be downloaded in PDF format or sent via a link to the operator.

Next, we explain the step-by-step process to generate a harvest work order on the Auravant platform:

1) Register the task to be performed in the “Activities” section within the “Management” module.

2) Once the registration is generated, within the “Work Orders” tool, you will find a list of all work orders sorted by date.

3) Within the module, you must select one or several of the tasks previously registered and start configuring your order:

 

4) Once the harvest order is created, fill in the main details:

  • Order name,
  • Execution date (from and to)
  • Recipe number
  • Cost


5) After completing the main details, you will find the list of plots where you must define the execution priority level (high – medium – low) and where you can observe the list of preloaded people and machines from “Activities”.

*If you want to assign an additional person or machine, you can do so by clicking on the button “Add People/Machinery”

6) You will also have the possibility to leave a series of recommendations to follow when performing the task:

  • Temperature
  • Humidity
  • Advance speed
  • Notes

 

7) Finally, you can download your work order in Excel or PDF format.

*If you make a mistake in entering any data or want to edit a previously saved order, the user can do so by clicking on the saved order.

8) Once the configuration is complete, press the “continue” button and access the harvest report to track the progress of your harvest in multiple plots at once.
