Managing seeding and application activities systematically is essential for gaining greater control and traceability in information management.

Therefore, when creating a seeding or application work order, you can now easily share a link to the operator’s phone in the field to record the actual conditions in which the order was carried out, guide the operator with the lots and inputs to apply, and record what was actually applied (lots and inputs). For example: knowing how many hectares were actually seeded compared to the planned, the inputs used, the doses applied, among other details.

What benefits does it offer?

  • Minimize errors and ensure correct product application by guiding your contractor on which inputs to load into the tank and in what order to mix them.
  • Increase stock movement control by identifying the actual quantity of inputs taken out and returned from your warehouses.
  • Receive instant information about applied inputs and lots.
  • Reduce operation times for field personnel by sharing a map with details of lots to apply or seed.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of planned activities by providing recommendations on when to apply and receiving details on the actual conditions in which the order was carried out.

Next, we show you the information you will have access to for real-time monitoring and control through the platform.

While the operator is entering the information for the created work order, the administrator will be able to view contextual information about the work order.

In this section, they will see:

  • The % progress of the task assigned in the work order and the amount of hectares applied/seeded in relation to the total.
  • The weather data recorded by the user at the time of task execution.
  • Roles assigned by the administrator (applicator and responsible for input delivery).

Below the contextual information, they will be able to select a specific application/seeding and access a table with a summary of execution data of your activity:

  • Plot
  • Executed hectares
  • Applied input
  • Total used
  • Actual applied dose

Additionally, you will have access to a second table with the data of the inputs used. There you can edit the inputs delivered and the quantity to return.

Within the table, you will have access to the following information:

  • Order inputs
  • Quantity delivered
  • Quantity applied
  • Quantity returned
  • Total applied

Finally, if all the data is correct, the administrator, upon approving the order, will automatically update the dose, hectares applied/seeded fields in the previously recorded Activity and the input movement within the Inventory module.

All this information will be loaded into the PDF of the order and will be available for printing. This document can be signed with the contractor and sent to the administrative department.
