At Auravant, companies can share information between different corporate workspaces in a simple and secure way.
This feature is designed to facilitate collaborative work and ensure complete traceability throughout the entire production chain.
Whether you’re working with a network of producers, a distributed commercial structure, or multiple business units, it allows you to connect the dots and centralize information—so everyone works from the same database, with no duplications or outdated data.
Who can configure this?
Only admin users can enable or manage this type of workspace connection.
How to link workspaces
1) Go to the Workspace Manager from your account and open the component called “Share with other workspaces.”
2) You’ll see two tables:
Workspaces you share with.
Workspaces that share with you.
3) To add a new workspace:
Enter the domain name of the other workspace
Select the type of permission you want to grant
Click the “Add workspace” button
And that’s it! The workspaces will now be linked.
How to remove a link
In the same section, under the list of shared workspaces, click the three dots next to the workspace you want to unlink and select “Remove.”
How to share fields or plots with another workspace
Once workspaces are linked, sharing a farm or field is very simple:
Open the farm or field you want to share.
Click the “Share” button.
Enter the email of the user you want to share the information with.
Click “Find workspace”.
☝ TIP: If the user belongs to more than one workspace, you’ll see a list of all the workspaces they’re active in.
Select the desired workspace and you’re done! The farm or field will now be shared.
